SECTION A:

UDHR Stands for Universal Declarations of Human Rights, This is a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948.
The declaration is the first part of the international Bill of Human Rights, and it sets out the fundamental human rights of every human beings.
There are 30 Articles in the Universal Declarations of Human Rights which cover six (6) different categories of human rights:
(i) Political Right
(ii) Civil Rights
(iii) Equality Rights
(iv) Economic Rights
(v) Social Rights
(vi) Cultural Rights
(2b)
(i) Conduct investigations into cases of human Rights violations:
State have the obligation to conduct exhaustive and impartial investigations into allegations of human rights violation, in order to identify and bring to justice the perpetrators.
(ii) Take all necessary measures to protect human rights defenders against violence,discrimination and retaliation.
(iii) Promote human rights through education and training:
Human rights training and education are crucial to promoting a better understanding of human rights within a society.
(iv) Setting a common standard of achievement toward the effective recognition and observance of human rights.
(v) It encourages states to support the establishment of independent human rights commissions and ombudmens.

(i) Parental and home background :- Student’s participation in cult activities may be influenced by parents involvement in similar activities.
(ii) Societal Decay:- The Nigerian adult society is materialistic. there is massive rush to acquire wealth and power.
(iii) Support given by staff of educational institutions:- in some institutions, some officials and lecturer are sponsors and memeber of secret cults.
(iv) Unconducive learning environment:- Learning facilities provided in educational institutions are grossly inadequate to the extent that some students are frustrated academically.
(v) Inadequate religious and moral instructions/education :- this is brought to the student mostly by their parent. they abandoned their responsibility in the area of moral upbringing of their children.

(1) Function of NAFDAC
(i) Regulatory Function:- NAFDAC regulates and controls the importation and exportation of foods and drugs.
(ii) Control of Manufacturers:- NAFDAC controls manufacturers of foods and drugs for them to be able to meet the requirements of good manufacturing in terms of food and drugs.
(iii) Registration Function:- NAFDAC takes up the task of registration of products under health service.
(iv) Inspection and investigation function:- NAFDAC inspects every imported and exported product under her ministry to meet her requirements and also goes round production premises to investigate neatness of the environment.
(v) Banning and Destruction Function:- NAFDAC is responsible for the banning and destruction of products under her ministry which do not merit her requirements or not registered.
(2) Function of NDLEA
(i) Co-ordination function:- NDLEA coordinates all drugs laws. that is, the body act as government’s watchdog over all drug laws.
(ii) Enforcement function:- NDLEA enforces punishments and control on any person or authority conferred against all drug laws.
(iii) Eradication Function:- NDLEA eradicates illicit cultivation of narcotic plants throughout he federation.
(iv) Elimination Function:- The body eliminates all forms of illicit demand for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances throughout the federation.
(v) Security Function:- NDLEA performs policing functions on dealers of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances

Orderliness is the art of doing things in a peaceful orderly fashion. it is the art by which things are arranged in a proper, neat and systematic manner.

Traffic Regulations can simply be defined as the rules and regulations which guide the behaviour or action of road users, in order to prevent accidents and enhance fre flow of traffic.
